Do You Qualify?

Your total gross household income must be below the limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for New Haven. The Monarch offers homes at the 50%, 60%, and 80% Area Median Income (AMI) levels.

Application Process

  • Minimum income requirement: 2.5x monthly rent.
  • $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant.
  • $200 holding deposit due at application (credited to security deposit if approved).
  • Provide proof of income, asset documentation, and a valid photo ID.
